Abstraction Collection

I love geometry and dimensionality--particularly how they work together when viewed through different oculi or perspectives. My non-subjective and abstract pieces tend to explore these ideas.  Subdued and Not Subdued, for example, are both abstractions of a seaside horizon. In Subdued, I chose to explore the fundamental aspects of the subject : its deep water, bright sky, and striations of the horizon that sit between the two. In Not Subdued, I focused in on those same aspects, but through a different lens or perspective.
